I’m looking for the Spiced Chicken recipe you posted. Please help. Thanks.
I’ve been running for almost 20 years and only began stretching and doing yoga within the past few months after finding your blog. I’ve noticed such a difference. Before I was unable to touch my toes and now I am able to place my palms flat on the floor. I’ve always done strength training and balance work since spraining my ankle, but never felt working on flexibility was as important. Thank you for encouraging me to be more well rounded.
On a side. Ot, your banana bread recipe inspired me to try my own. I made a banana pumpkin brean using 50/50 wheat and soy flours with greek yogurt. It’s dense but amazing.
amanda – that is awesome! so glad that yoga is helping your running!
your bread creation sounds yummy!
