Workout Recap + What We’re Eating This Week

Hi and happy weekend! It’s been just crazy gorgeous in Charlotte so I’ve been soaking up as much time outside as possible. It is 77 degrees and sunny right now. The trees and flowers are so confused and some of them are starting to bloom already.

My Sunday morning was everything I needed it to be, minus an early wake up call. Zoey ate over half of a jar of cashew butter in the wee hours of the morning on Saturday (totally Tanner’s fault! 😛 ) so homegirl has been paying the price for such an indulgent treat. I woke up at 6 a.m. to the sound of her getting sick. She seems to be fine though and her energy levels and personality are just like normal.

I spent the morning juicing, reading a magazine on the couch, cooking brunch and walking with Tanner and the girls. Now I just did my weekly meal planning and I’m off to workout at Madabolic. They’re hosting a group of teachers from the studio for a special private class. I’m running to Madabolic since I have my car situation so it should be quite the workout.

Here’s a quick recap of last week’s workouts along with what’s on our menu for the week. Hope y’all have a great Sunday afternoon/evening!

77 and sunny sound amazing!! The weather where I am has been fluctuating between spring and winter getting me all mixed up, haha. I’ve been wanting to try making a sheperd’s pie with cauli-mash for a while so I’ll definitely be checking that recipe out. Hope you have an awesome week 🙂 !
