I hope this finds you enjoying a Sunday full of coffee, good food and relaxation. My Sunday has been slow and lazy to start but I’m hoping to get in some sort of a workout and grocery trip after writing this post and then we have our studio baby shower later this afternoon.

So, I planned to write a Friday Favorites post but then I hit a wall on Friday. I was so crazy tired and ended up just taking it easy most of the day. I didn’t even have the brainpower to write a blog post…and usually that’s one of the things I find easiest to do! I decided to give myself a pass and save the post for Sunday. I don’t always post on the weekends but I like to write on Sunday mornings. 🙂

I’ve got a round-up of recent favorites for you along with the dinner menu for this week!

ELEPHANT CRIB SHEET AND MOBILE

colorful elephant mobile

I have never been much of an Etsy shopper but I’ve found so much for the nursery on Etsy from wall art to the mobile to crib and bassinet sheets and more. It’s been an awesome resource. I kept the nursery super neutral and mostly black and white but added pops of color with the crib sheet and mobile. The mobile hand-made from Thailand and I’m obsessed with it! Here is the link to the sheet (I got the minky fabric and it’s so incredibly soft!) and the mobile. I received lots of questions about them on Instagram!

UNDER ARMOUR HOVR SONIC CONNECTED SHOES

under armour hovr sonic shoes

I am super into Under Armour shoes and they’re almost all I wear for dog walks and gym workouts. Under Amour recently sent me their new HOVR SONIC running shoes and they are AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE! I cannot stop wearing these shoes! They’re really designed for distance running but I wear them everywhere! Dog walks, teaching strength, running errands, etc.

Obviously, I’m not doing a lot of running these days but here are some of the cool features of the HOVR SONIC:

  • DIGITALLY CONNECTED: UA’s Record Sensor™ technology tracks, analyzes & stores virtually every running metric so you know exactly what you need to do to get better (how freaking cool is that!?)
  • UA HOVR™ technology provides ‘zero gravity feel’ to maintain energy return that helps eliminate impact step after step
  • Compression mesh Energy Web contains & molds UA HOVR™ foam to give back the energy you put in
  • NEUTRAL: For runners who need a balance of flexibility & cushioning
  • Microthread upper dries fast & provides a breathable, compression-like fit that delivers lightweight directional strength & unmatched comfort
  • Removable, anti-microbial Ortholite® sockliner molds to the foot for customized comfort & cushion
  • Blown rubber under the forefoot is lightweight yet incredibly responsive

I can’t wait to get back to running so that I can hook these up to my smartphone and get all the metrics on my runs!

THE SWEETEST GIFT FROM MY WILD FRIENDS!

wild friends super butter and nut butter oats

My friends Erika and Keely from Wild Friends were SO sweet to send me a little baby gift. I have a cute onesie to get baby boy excited early about Wild Friends nut butter along with a jar of each of their super butters and their new nut butter oats. This is my second time trying the super butter and I am equally in love with the almond cashew and the peanut cashew.

Also, you must try their nut butter oats! They’re easily portable and come with a packet of nut butter to squeeze on top or stir in…which is the only way to eat nut butter in my opinion!

FREEMAN BEAUTY CLEANSING CLAY MASK

freeman cleansing clay mask

I picked up this Freeman Beauty Cleansing Clay Mask a month or so and I just got around to using it on Friday night. It’s awesome! You can get a single-use packet for $2.99 or you can get a 4-ounce tube on Amazon for just over $10.

SEEDLIP NON-ALCOHOLIC SPIRITS

seedlip non-alcoholic spirits

The team at Seedlip offered to send me their distilled non-alcoholic spirits to try out. Since I’ve been all about the mocktail in pregnancy, I was happy to accept. The spirits are available in two flavors, garden and spice, and are sugar, calorie and sweetener free.

The garden blend is, “a floral blend of hand-picked Peas & homegrown Hay from Ben Branson’s Farm with traditional garden herb distillates in celebration of the English countryside.”

The spice blend is, “a complex blend of aromatic, Jamaican All Spice Berry & Cardamom distillates with two barks & a bright citrus peel finish.”

I’m not the biggest fan of “grassy” flavor profiles in general but the spice is right up my alley! There are lots of great cocktail recipe ideas for using the spirits on the Seedlip site.

I wanted to share this because it’s such a unique offering and thought some of you might be interested in trying Seedlip out or I think it would make for a creative gift idea.

Moab Run The Rocks Race Recap (3 Day Stage Race)

I cannot believe it’s been nearly a month since I completed Moab Run The Rocks!
