I have been working hard behind the scenes on some exciting yoga opportunities for workshops and teacher trainings and I’m thrilled to share them with you today!

I am leading two 200-hour power yoga teacher trainings in 2019. One will be in Charlotte in partnership with Charlotte Yoga and the other in Tennessee in partnership with VIDA Hot Yoga. I will also be leading workshops for both teachers and students here in Charlotte and in other places cities and states.

CHARLOTTE YOGA 200-HOUR TEACHER TRAINING

Charlotte Yoga 200-Hour Yoga Teacher TrainingThis will be my first 200-hour teacher training in Charlotte as lead trainer and I am SO PUMPED about the opportunity and about doing it at Charlotte Yoga! The training will take place at their Southend location, which just has the best vibe and is situated right in the middle of all of the cool and fun things that are happening in this hip Charlotte neighborhood.

The training will take place over the course of eight weekends between May and August. If you live anywhere near the Charlotte area or are able to easily travel here, I would LOVE to have you in training! This is a power yoga teacher training that will be focused on teaching you how to be a deep and dynamic teacher! You’ll graduate from the training with a deep knowledge of yoga philosophy, history, asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, assisting, sequencing, teaching methodology and much, much more. You’ll be prepared to lead an engaging power yoga class wherever you end up teaching! We’ll also cover slow flow and deep stretch formats.

VIDA HOT YOGA 200-HOUR TEACHER TRAINING

VIDA Hot Yoga 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

AHHHHH I CANNOT WAIT TO BE BACK AT VIDA! You guys, leading VIDA’s first teacher training last fall/winter was probably the highlight of my professional career so far. This studio is something truly special and I am so honored to be a part of the creative vision and training program.

Our training will take place over the course of eight weekends between September 2019 and January 2020. VIDA Hot Yoga is located in Kingsport, TN and convenient to the tri-city area, Asheville and Knoxville.

This is also a power yoga focused training but we will also study Ashtanga yoga, slow flow, deep stretch and more. Trainees will graduate from the program with a thorough understanding of how to sequence a power yoga class while also offering hands-on assists and an engaging, dynamic classroom experience.

STUDIO B POWER YOGA WORKSHOP WEEKEND

Studio B Power Yoga Jen Eddins

I am returning to Studio B Power Yoga in Hershey, PA March 30-31 for a weekend of power yoga, backbends, arm balances and inversions.

I will be leading two public power yoga classes in addition to workshops on backbends, arm balances and inversions. I was just at Studio B a few weeks ago to lead one of their 200-hour yoga teacher training weekends and it is such a great community of yogis!

Note, the public yoga classes are at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday and will sell out. Please register ahead of time to secure your spot. You can sign up for class without taking the workshops.

The workshops are for students (but CEUs will be offered for teachers who want to take the workshops). ALL LEVELS are welcome. You can take one or all three!

I cannot believe it’s been nearly a month since I completed Moab Run The Rocks!
