Upper Body + Mini Band Booty Workout

I was absolutely thrilled to receive such positive feedback last week about posting workouts here on my blog as well as on Instagram. I hear you guys loud and clear that you like having them here, and so do I!

I have some super exciting things in the works for this year when it comes to yoga and workouts and I cannot wait to share the details with you guys very soon. 🙂

UPPER BODY + MINI BAND BOOTY WORKOUT

mini band workout

The workout that I have for you today is honestly one of my favorites that I’ve ever programmed. It’s been saved over 500 times on Instagram and is a great mix of upper body and booty work. All you need is a mini band (here are the ones that I use) and a set of dumbbells. Nothing too heavy for the dumbbells, maybe 5-10 lbs, because this work is hard!

I LOVE incorporating mini bands into workouts. It is rare that I teach a strength class were I don’t tell my class that they need a band while setting up. I just think that they are so effective and you get so much bang for your buck.

Here are your movement demos. I had a really sweet helper! 🙂

Please let me know if you have any questions and I’d love to hear your feedback if you do the workout.

I’m keeping it short and sweet today because this workout is 100% enough on its own. I cannot wait for you guys to try it! 🙂

QUESTIONS

Do you use the mini band for workouts?

Would you rather work upper or lower body?

Moab Run The Rocks Race Recap (3 Day Stage Race)

I cannot believe it’s been nearly a month since I completed Moab Run The Rocks! It’s a three-day stage race in Moab, Utah that’s put on by the same race organization, TransRockies Rockies Race Series, that I did my six-day Colorado race with back in August. TransRockies truly excels when it comes to planning and [...]
