2016 Reader Survey + Giveaway

Hi and happy Monday! I hope that your week is off to a great start.

Today I’m here to ask for your feedback with my first ever reader survey. In our yoga community, giving and receiving feedback is an important part of our culture as feedback is an extremely useful vehicle for growth. At the end of every single class I teach I ask my students to let me know if they have any feedback or questions. If another teacher takes my class I regularly reach out to them to ask if they have feedback. One of the first things our teacher trainees learn is how to give and receive feedback.

In my nearly six years of blogging, I’ve never stopped to officially ask for your feedback. I spend a lot of time on Peanut Butter Runner and I’m extremely grateful for all of you who read, whether you’ve been around for six months of six years. I want to be sure that the time we are all spending (me writing, you reading) is bringing maximum benefit to all of us.

I would be so grateful if you could take 10 minutes of your time to complete a short survey to help me better understand who you are…the content you like, the things you struggle with, products you might like to see offered on PBR, where you spend your time online, how you read blogs, etc.

As a thank you for taking the time to enter the survey, I’m offering a giveaway with four of my favorite things as prizes. (Four separate winners, one prize each.)

PBR_readersurvey

1) A four-pack sampler of Wild Friends Peanut Butter. 2) Your choice of chocolate or vanilla Premier Protein Powder. 3) The Track & Field Store Racerback Tank. 4) Erin McDermott Jewelry Disc Necklace (customized with whatever you want it to say!).

I have embedded the survey into the post (see below) but if you are reading via RSS or are not seeing the survey, click here to access it.

Again, thank you for reading and for taking the time to offer feedback. I will share the survey results!

Breakfast + What I Bought at Trader Joe’s

Breakfast + What I Bought at Trader Joe’s

I am such a creature of habit when it comes to breakfast. 95% of the time I’m craving a breakfast that is on the sweet side. That mostly alternates between smoothies or yogurt bowls with overnight oats, chia pudding or oatmeal occasionally thrown in there. On the rare occasion I go savory – it’s scrambled [...]

Life Lately: Summer So Far

Life Lately: Summer So Far

I want to bottle up this summer and make it last forever (well, maybe minus the wildly hot and humid weather that makes running a big thumbs down). I mentioned this in my last post…but I am really enjoying the slower pace and the days that feel like they have more space. While I’m trying [...]

So Many Dinner Ideas

Happy Friday! I hope this post finds you well and enjoying the summer. We are in the dog days of it over here in Charlotte – the heat and humidity is off the charts – but it’s something I’ll embrace because I deeply appreciate the massive slow down that summer has brought. A lot of [...]

Life Lately: 8 Years Old, A New Piercing, Trail Training and More

Happy Memorial Day Weekend. It’s a very rainy one here in Charlotte and while I am a little bummed not to be spending the weekend in Florida with the fam or by the pool at our swim club (just opened for the season!), I’m also welcoming a slower pace and time at home. It’s been [...]
