Hi and happy start to a new week! How did the time change treat you guys? It actually worked in my favor from a time adjustment standpoint coming from being on the West Coast last week but gosh, these early dark evenings are not my favorite.

November workout playlist with over four hours of music to motivate you through your sweat sessions! Available on Spotify.

I am PUMPED about your November monthly playlist. I think this might be one of my favorites in a very long time. I got so carried away that there’s just over 4 hours of music and 70 songs in the playlist! That should get you through a lot of sweating.

I’m thinking about “saving it” for next weekend when I attempt to run the Charlotte Half Marathon. I’ve only gone up to about 9 miles in my training but running has been feeling really good for me lately so I’m going to go for it. My plan is to keep the pace super easy and to have no problems doing a good bit of walking for the last 5K if I need to.

I was considering skipping this year’s race but I started getting FOMO and it’s actually not going to be freezing cold at the start for once so I think it will be a fun day out on the course! There is always Uber if I decide to jump ship mid-race! 🙂

NOVEMBER WORKOUT PLAYLIST

Follow along on Spotify and report back on how you like it! Also, I always like to listen to these on shuffle while I’m running/working out. Keeps it a little fresher and you get the songs that come later in the playlist.

Life Lately: 8 Years Old, A New Piercing, Trail Training and More

Happy Memorial Day Weekend. It’s a very rainy one here in Charlotte and while I am a little bummed not to be spending the weekend in Florida with the fam or by the pool at our swim club (just opened for the season!), I’m also welcoming a slower pace and time at home. It’s been [...]

Moab Run The Rocks Race Recap (3 Day Stage Race)

I cannot believe it’s been nearly a month since I completed Moab Run The Rocks! TransRockies truly excels when it comes to planning and [...]
