12-Minute Post-Workout Yoga Flow Video

I have received so many requests for yoga videos over the years and given how much I teach, I haven’t done a super great job delivering on that! Today I have a post-workout yoga flow video that’s just 12 minutes and something you can easily tack onto the end of your workout (or workday!) to stretch out and unwind.

12-Minute Post-Workout Yoga Flow Video

In an ideal world I’d like to post a yoga video to YouTube weekly but I’m going to start with a goals of twice a month for now. I’m starting with this post-workout yoga flow video and in the next week or two I have a 30 minute power flow to share as well! It’s already filmed. 🙂

12-MINUTE POST-WORKOUT YOGA FLOW VIDEO

This post-workout yoga flow includes a little bit of everything – hip openers, hamstring stretches, backbends, twists and more. It’s a mix of standing and seated poses. Just remember the most important thing is to RELAX and BREATHE!

The format I’m leaning towards for the videos is to film myself (or maybe someone else as I get a little bigger!) doing the flow and then voiceover the teaching so that you can clearly hear it. I’m leaning towards no music on the videos because a) music licensing for good/popular stuff is a nightmare and b) you won’t get sick of listening to the same music if you use the videos multiple times. My thought is that you can either add your own favorite music or choose from one of my hundreds of Spotify playlists. I’d love to hear your thoughts/preferences on this.

For those of you who try this post-workout stretch video, let me know if you found it easy to follow/understand. I’m open to any and all feedback!

When it comes to the yoga videos, I’d also love your take on whether you want to see more power flow, slow flow or deep stretch. I’m also open to prenatal and other special requests so make your requests known! 🙂

That’s all for today. Happy stretching!

TransRockies truly excels when it comes to planning and [...]

Potato and Broccoli Cheddar Soup

This potato and broccoli cheddar soup is a warm hug in a bowl. It’s a mash up of potato soup meets broccoli cheddar soup, and makes for a creamy, hearty and cheesy bowl that has just enough broccoli in it to make you feel like you’re getting your veggies in for a complete meal. POTATO [...]
