My Wednesday night hot vinyasa class at Y2 is a party! 😉 We sun saluted, back bended, inverted, flowed, crunched and flowed some more before finally enjoying 10 minutes of pigeon and savasana on the floor.
Today is my first “full-time” day at Metro Fitness Club! Even though I announced my new position last week the agreement was that I would be kind of in and out until March 1 as I wrapped up other commitments. It felt so good to wake up this morning and know I was heading into the club for the day! It’s been a great first day!
And can we please take a moment to appreciate the view from my office? I have been longingly gazing at Yoforia all day. It’s 80 degrees in Charlotte today. Frozen yogurt, please!
