Last night I taught the final hot class at Y2 Yoga before the studio closed for three days for repairs. I won’t go into the whole story but the floors and front wall of the studio have to be replaced.
We gave the floors a proper goodbye with a “Cleat Party” after class.

That looks like so much fun! What a great way to “celebrate” an old floor being replaced. That picture of you at the end is awesome. Like a yoga “Dirty Dancing.”

I can’t get over the photo with the folks on blades on one leg?!
Did they have the brakes on? I woukld have toppled over even without the blades.

i have no idea how they pulled that off. i wasn’t about to try since the only two broken bones i’ve ever suffered happened on skates!!!!
