Happy weekend everyone! Welcome to the new look of Peanut Butter Runner! If you’re reading in a Reader, click through and check it out! This redesign has been in the works for many months but it took me a long time to finally focus and get it done. I owe a huge thank you to my amazingly talented friends, David (who designed the blog) and Eric (who implemented everything in the back end). We are still ironing out a few final details but this is pretty close to final.
What do you think!? I am thrilled with the clean design and love the white background with the light blue accents. I think it really allows the content/photography to be the feature. Also, I love that the type is bigger. Hopefully y’all appreciate that too! 🙂
I owe you some updates on what I’ve been up to. My Friday involved taking yoga, teaching yoga and then a lot of time working on blog stuff.
I headed over to Fabo (in all my Apple glory ;)) and finally got caught up on my inbox. Fueled by a soy latte and the promise of a pedicure after, I was able to knock out a ton of work. I wrapped up Friday afternoon with a glass of wine and a pedicure. It was perfect.
Brandon and I went to Pizza Peel for dinner. Charlotte is full of awesome pizza restaurants and Pizza Peel has the best draft beer selection and my favorite vegetarian pizza.
One Veggie – red sauce, mozz, goat cheese, roasted garlic, mushrooms, artichokes, pesto and I add sundried tomatoes. So very delicious. The goat cheese and pesto are what really put it over the top. Mmm…
With a belly full of pizza, we headed home and rented Horrible Bosses. It was entertaining but I passed out for the last 30 minutes of the movie. Oops…worst movie watcher ever.
I was up and at the studio at 7:30 (well, closer to 7:40) this morning for super flow. Day 5 of the 62 day yoga challenge done with 90 minutes of sweaty, fast flow.
Breakfast once I got home and showered was Greek yogurt with TJs pumpkin butter, banana, fruit and nut granola and sunflower seed butter.
Lots of errand running and house cleaning on tap for today. Enjoy your Saturday!
