When said goodbye to my 9-5 desk job and hung up my suits and dress clothes, I gained a new appreciation for comfortable shoes given that my new profession requires a lot of time on the go and on my feet. Given that I was never really a sneaker girl before, I have gained a new appreciation for them. I never thought my closet would ever contain so many styles and colors of sneakers. They’re the smartest choice for me to go from home to the gym to the yoga studio and everywhere in between!

I was thrilled to receive a pair of Reebok’s new SkyScape shoes. I’ve totally embraced the colorful shoe (and pants!) trend so I loved that they were pink, pink, pink! SkyScapes are Reebok’s new lightweight shoe designed for casual style on the go.

They’re stylish, a little funky and extremely comfortable. They only weight 5 ounces and feature “soft, cloudlike pillows” on the soles of the shoe for comfort and cushioning. And they really are that comfortable. I haven’t taken them off since trying them on a few days ago. I’ve worn them everywhere and received countless comments and questions about them. They’re extremely functional for my lifestyle! And I have to share that my grandmother just purchased a pair as well after hearing me rave about them and is loving them. Too cute!

Let’s take a walk in my shoes and I’ll show you!

My SkyScape’s have taken me all over town running errands, including trips to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s for food shopping.

My SkyScapes were a LIFESAVER for a long day on my feet in the kitchen as I prepared meals for the week for my client. I didn’t even have time to sit down to eat my own lunch as I stirred, chopped and cooked my day away. My feet didn’t hurt once and the shoes were so cozy.

My SkyScapes have been a huge hit at the gym with my clients and classes. So many people stopped to ask me about them and I sang their praises. I try to wear a more natural/minimal shoe while I’m training and teaching and save my high-tech shoes for my own workouts. The more minimalist shoes are just so much more comfortable and natural feeling.

My SkyScapes are easy to slip on before and after teaching and practicing yoga. I love pairing them with my standard day-to-day clothes for a pop of color. It was a perfect outfit to take me from the studio to appointments to errands.

And finally, my SkyScapes are perfect for working around the house. Usually I kick my shoes off under my desk but these have been staying on my feet all day long. I forget I even have them on. (And yes…that would be a yogi frog lamp and a golden retriever Tervis Tumble. Super stylish, right?)

Another huge benefit of the SkyScapes is that they are machine washable! Simply slip out the insoles, wash on delicate cycle and let them air dry.

SkyScapes come in a variety of fun colors and patterns OR you can build your own…which I had a lot of fun playing around with! Bonus, they start at just $65 which I think is super affordable when it comes to sneakers.

I designed a mix of some of my favorite colors. Gray, aqua and coral.

You can even add personalization to the soles so I placed a little “PBR” on the side of the sole!
