The Jen Eddins Fitness App is FINALLY Here!

Today is a big day – the Jen Eddins Fitness App is FINALLY HERE! I have been working for over a year to create this app for y’all. I poured my heart and my 15 years of experience in the fitness industry into creating an app that offers the BEST of what I love to do.

THE JEN EDDINS FITNESS APP IS HERE

Jen Eddins Fitness App

The number one question that I receive by a LANDSLIDE is how to balance strength training with other activities and workouts that you enjoy. I crafted my app to offer you a way to do just that! Whether you’re a runner, yogi, cyclist, triathlete, walker, pickleballer or whatever else lights you up…my program offers a balanced and manageable way to fit it all in.

If you’re ready to go – here’s the link to join now! If you need more details, keep reading!

Here’s what’s inside the app!

WEEKLY STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAMMING

Each week I provide you with three effective and efficient total body strength training workouts. These workouts are loaded into an app for you and feature form videos for each exercise.

Every single workout is written by me – just like I would program for my own workouts or for my personal training clients. All workouts can be done at home with dumbbells and bands. A gym version is coming in January!

ON-DEMAND YOGA + FITNESS CLASSES

The runs, strength workouts and stretching/yoga classes are already loaded into the app making these training programs a breeze to follow!

BEGINNERS PROGRAM

Four-week beginners program for those who are just starting (or restarting) their strength training journey. It’s designed to help you build the strength and endurance to confidently participate in the weekly workout programming.

FAQs

How does the program work?

Each week there are four totally new strength and conditioning workouts added to the weekly programming. Three are full body strength and one is a fun optional wildcard. These workouts are loaded into an app for you and feature easy to follow instructions and form videos for each exercise.

What is included in my subscription?

If you subscribe to the full plan, you get access to the weekly programming, on-demand classes and running programs. There are also options to subscribe to run programs only.

How do I access the workouts and programs?

All programs, workouts and on-demand classes can be accessed through the app or by logging into your account on the website.

Is there an app for the program?

Yes! You can download the app on the App Store or Google Play – just search “Jen Eddins Fitness.” The app allows you to log workouts, track weights and reps, see the history of your weight selection for specific exercises and more!

Can I do the programs at home or in the gym?

Either! The workouts are home and gym-friendly. For the launch, all workouts can be done with bands and dumbbells. In January, I’ll be launching a second weekly strength program more tailored to the gym.

What equipment is needed for the workouts?

Dumbbells (I recommend several sets in varying weights), resistance bands, a yoga/exercise mat, a kettlebell weighing 20-35 pounds (optional – most kettlebell movements can sub a dumbbell), stability ball (optional – will provide alternate exercises), sliders/gliding discs (optional – can use towels or paper plates and I will provide alternate exercises) and some sort of elevated surface that can serve as a step/bench.

How often do you upload new content and workouts?

Every single week! Four new workouts are loaded into the weekly program every week. I add on demand classes regularly.

Who is writing the workout programs?

Me! I’ve been personal training, teaching group fitness and teaching yoga for 15 years. I write these programs and workouts with the same quality and attention to detail that I give to my personal training clients and my own workouts.

How are the workouts structured?

The weekly strength and conditioning workouts are all full-body. Some days there may be more upper body, lower body or core focus. There also may be days where we work things like different intervals, varying tempos, varying intensity/effort, etc. You will receive detailed instructions on workout focus with each workout.

What fitness level are the programs for?

The workouts and programs are designed to accommodate a broad range of fitness levels. I will alway offer modifications and scaling options. You can always reduce intensity by dropping weight selection, reps or sets. I think one of the most rewarding things about consistent strength training is witnessing yourself getting stronger. I encourage you to start wherever you are today and know that you WILL get stronger – physically and mentally!

How long are the workouts?

The three strength workouts released weekly are 30-50 minutes in duration. The weekly wildcard workout are 15-30 minutes.

Can men do your program?

Absolutely, yes.

LET’S GO!

I would love to see you guys in the app! There are options for monthly, six-month and annual memberships as well as run programs only. Please let me know if you have any questions – I am here to support you and your health and fitness goals! You get a seven-day free trial so what are you waiting for! 🙂
