These cinnamon roll protein overnight oats are made so simple thanks to Naked Nutrition’s Naked Oats. Made from gluten-free rolled oats and premium grass-fed whey protein, Naked Oats offer a delicious breakfast option to fuel your day.

The full ingredients list is so short – and I appreciate that!

  • Organic chia protein
  • Natural flavors
  • Cinnamon
  • Sea salt
  • Fermented cane share (Reb-M)

HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON ROLL PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS

I mean it when I say the prep only takes 30 seconds! There are only three easy steps!

  1. Measure two heaping scoops of Naked Oats out into a bowl.
  2. Add eight ounces of the milk of your choice. I used 2% milk to give me an extra eight grams of protein.
  3. Stir together and refrigerate overnight.

It will have a soupy texture when you first mix everything together but will thicken as it sits in the fridge.

The next morning you have breakfast ready to go that is rich in protein and fiber.

BENEFITS + FEATURES OF NAKED OATS CINNAMON ROLL PROTEIN OATS

I can always count on any products that I get from Naked Nutrition to be made in the USA and to feature premium ingredients and have top-notch nutritional value. Here are some of the benefits and features of Naked Oats that I love!

  • Protein + rolled oats are a match made in heaven when it comes to sustained energy. The blend of protein with slow-digesting complex carbs like oats works together to keep your energy up while you feel satiated.
  • Naked Oats have 6 grams of fiber per serving. This is great for optimal digestion and also for keeping hunger in check. This isn’t a breakfast you’ll eat and then be ready for a snack in 30 minutes.
  • GMO + soy free with no artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors. That being said, these oats are sweetened with fermented cane sugar which is known as Reb-M. It’s a new zero-calorie sweetener with a zero glycemic index that is derived from the fermentation of cane sugar.
  • Naked Oats are available in three flavors: Cinnamon Roll, Chocolate PB Banana and Green Apple Cinnamon.

Here are some other ideas for how to use Naked Oats Cinnamon Roll Protein Oats.

  • Top with fruit of your choice after the oats have been refrigerated overnight.
  • Mix in chia seeds or ground flax seeds when you’re doing the initial prep to thicken the texture even more.
  • Add chopped nuts into the mixture before or on top after.
  • Used the Naked Oats in a protein shake. Add two scoops of oats with 6-12 ounces of water or milk and blend for 15-20 seconds.
  • Add Naked Oats to a smoothie. Add one heaping scoop of Naked Oats into your normal fruit smoothie to thicken it and add a protein punch.
