I hope everyone is having a good day! I have the day off and it’s been amazing. Actually, I’m kicking off a four-day weekend. Now that is amazing! 🙂
Clearly, the best way to start a day off is with a 5 a.m. wake up call. Kidding…but it was a necessity. I had to teach a 6 a.m. BodyPump. Another instructor swapped with me and is covering my class this evening. I know this sounds a little crazy but I actually don’t mind getting up at 5 anymore. It took many, many months for it to become routine but it’s easy now! Coffee helps!
I taught with the lovely Katheryn. We took a picture to post to the Lululemon Facebook page since we were both decked out for class! Love teaching BodyPump – such a fun way to start the day!
Since I was already up and didn’t have to go into work, I headed over to Y2 to get an ashtanga practice in. Spending the morning at the yoga studio with nowhere else to be is pretty much my idea of perfection! I had a really great practice this morning and for the most part my hamstring behaved. I’m still taking modifications in poses that bother it.
I came home and got busy packing and cleaning. Yes, packing.
We’re on a super secret road trip. Details to be released soon! 😛
I packed my lunch to eat in the car. Peanut butter, honey and banana on Great Harvest Honey Whole Wheat. I’m a little embarrassed to admit that this is what I ate for dinner last night too. I have a problem! Carrots and apple slices on the side.
Blogging from the car thanks to Brandon’s iPhone being a wireless hot spot. About to get busy answering emails and getting some work done.
