It’s been too long since I’ve shared a yoga flow with you guys and I know you’re going to love this one. It’s all about the legs and will challenge your strength and balance. It’s sure to have you feeling sweaty and shaky by the end!
Before we get to the flow, let’s talk about one of the most annoying things about putting workout and yoga clothes on…getting white marks all down the sides of your shirt from your deodorant. Have you ever lifted your arms in class to discover white marks all over you? Or worse, that your shirt is stained yellow around the armpits?
Help has finally arrived thanks to new breakthrough technology from Dove, Degree and Axe. They provide 48-hour odor and wetness control with the added benefit of preventing white marks and yellow stains. I can confidently report that it works as I used the deodorant all week on our yoga retreat in Mexico!
SPECIAL OFFER
Head to your local CVS where you can Buy 1 AXE, Dove or Degree® Dry Spray Antiperspirant and get 1 50% off with your CVS card. Offer Valid WITH CARD 2/26/17 – 3/11/17 and then again 3/19/17-3/25/17.
I have been using dry spray deodorants for a little over a year now. I find them super easy to use and convenient to throw in the bag that I take to the gym and to the studio with me.
The special benefit of the Degree Men’s and Women’s deodorant is enhanced odor control with MOTIONSENSE® Technology that is designed to respond directly to your body movement. So the more your move, the more it works.
And the unique feature of the Dove deodorant is that they are tough on sweat, not on skin. They care for underarm skin with the Dove’s signature formula that is 1/4 made of moisturizers.
Definitely head to your local CVS and give them a try while they’re on sale!
All About the Legs Yoga Flow
I designed this yoga flow to give you a little bit of everything…you’ll stretch, strengthen and sweat through it! It’s a full flow starting in child’s pose and ending in savasana that should take you anywhere from 20-30 minutes start to finish depending on how long you hold the postures.
This graphic shows each posture and also includes text instructions on where to add vinyasas.
And here is a video of the flow.
Let’s flow together on Facebook Live!
Exciting news! for the first time EVER, I’ll be leading this flow on Facebook live (follow my Peanut Butter Runner page) for those of you who want to follow along with audio and visual guidance. You can tune in to do it with me on Sunday, March 5 at 1 p.m. or simply re-stream it after it’s been recorded. YAY!
Here is the Facebook Live for those of you who missed it and would like to stream it!
So go buy your no marks dry sprays and let’s make a date to get sweaty together and put them to the test!
