I’m in a bit of disbelief that I’m actually writing the first post for my new healthy living blog.
The main thing I want readers to know is that I’m serious about this blog. It was not created with a “me too” mentality but because I truly want to inspire and motivate people that it is possible to lead a fun, balanced and fulfilled life while maintaining healthy and positive food and fitness habits. I tried incorporating this into my food blog, Bakin’ and Eggs, but after several months decided that I should keep my food blog focused on food and start a healthy living blog for fitness, nutrition and general life.
The goal of this blog is to give readers a snapshot of my days and my life in general. What I’m eating, how I’m feeling, what’s going well, what I’m struggling with and how I’m dealing. Every day is a new adventure.
