    It’s been a perfect Sunday. All play, no work. Pink (no green added) smoothie for breakfast before teaching yoga (that does not count as work…it’s play!). Strawberries, banana, pineapple, mango, coconut almond milk and banana protein powder. Brunch at Original Pancake House after teaching. Started out by hydrating – freshly squeezed OJ, coffee and water. [...]
