Being a yoga teacher, I spend a lot of time in flip flops. They’re the easiest thing to throw on to get me to and from the studio. But the issue with most of the flip flops I wear is that while they’re functional, they’re not very fashionable or supportive. That’s all changed thanks to a new pair of Crocs flip flops. I’ve been walking on air for the last couple of weeks! 5.14crocs2 These Crocs A-leigh Brushed Metallic Flips are chic and fun to wear while also being extremely comfortable… not something you find very often. They feature a foam footbed that is very cushioned and cozy. 5.14crocs My favorite thing about the A-leigh flip flops is that they have a 1.5 inch wedge. The combination of the brushed metallic design and the lift you get from the wedge make them great for everyday wear… not just with workout gear. I’ve already gotten so much use out of them and I’ve worn them to dress up my yoga clothes, with casual outfits, with jeans and with dresses. While this is not a fashion blog, many of you have asked how I style to go from the studio/gym to my daily life so I shot some photos of various outfits and places I’ve worn my Crocs over the last couple of weeks. 5.14crocspinkpants Leaving the studio after teaching… I threw on a hat to cover up my messy hair and paired my Crocs with capris, a racerback tank and a long-sleeve tied around my waist. 5.14crocs3 Meetings and errands… wearing my Crocs with black yoga capris, a white tank, a long and loose t-shirt and a chunky necklace. 5.14crocs4 Cookout in the mountains… I paired my Crocs with jeans, a black tank top and a loose mint green t-shirt. 5.14crocs5 Mother’s Day brunch in the mountains… I paired my Crocs with a sundress, chunky necklace and cross-body bag. These shoes have been such a welcome addition to my wardrobe and I’ll be wearing them non-stop all summer long. You totally want a pair for yourself now, right?

Where would you wear these Crocs A-leigh flip flops this summer.

Every Woman’s Marathon Scottsdale Recap (marathon #4!!!)

Every Woman’s Marathon Scottsdale Recap (marathon #4!!!)

I am on a three-hour flight home from Scottsdale so it seems like the perfect time to relive and recap yesterday’s Every Woman’s Marathon experience. I had a great day and I’m very proud of the race that I ran. It was a practice in “fun running” and that not every race effort has to [...]
