Teaching Schedule

I teach yoga at Y2 Yoga, Charlotte Yoga, and Om Yoga.

Here’s when and where you can find me. I’m always jumping in to fill in classes at the gym or the yoga studio but this is a pretty set schedule for me week-to-week. Contact me if you’re interested in more information on personal training, yoga privates or group classes. I am also available for workshops and travel.

Class description: Intermediate flow, combining basic and advanced poses and offering modifications. This is a well balanced class and great way to increase your heart rate, expand lung capacity, improve balance, strengthen core muscles and increase flexibility. Get a great balanced practice in just an hour!

Class description: An intermediate flow of poses designed to detoxify the body with a heat building series and emphasis on twists and forward folds. Heaters will be used to increase room temperature.

Double Shot

Kick it up a notch with this fast-paced flow. We double up the standing series giving you a chance to tackle every pose twice, adding in modifications or variations as is appropriate for your own personal practice. This class is cardiovascularly intense so we harness the power of the breath to slow you down but fire your practice up. Expect to move with your breath, crank out some core work, and settle in to a hard-earned savasana at the end.

Jen’s note: I have been teaching on Sunday mornings for nearly four years and I LOVE THIS CLASS! We have 90 full minutes to sweat it out, flow, cry (sometimes!) and laugh. I always try to incorporate some sort of messaging/storytelling and always break down something like an arm balance, inversion or advanced pose. All levels are welcome!!!
