Quick check in with a playlist and this week’s workouts.
Here is a link to my playlist for the week. I couldn’t embed it in the post because it contains some songs that aren’t on Spotify. I included them anyway but you’ll have to find them elsewhere to listen. This is one of the things I don’t love about Spotify. I use a lot of remixes and covers in my classes and they’re hard to find on Spotify sometimes.

As I mentioned earlier this week, workouts have been pretty low key lately. Work has been really demanding for the last few weeks so I have found that I need to chill out on intense workouts.
4 mile run
1 mile run + CrossFit
20 minute AMRAP
– 10 back squats (75#)
– 25 double unders
– 15 box jumps (20 inches)
– 25 sit ups
I finished 6 rounds + 10 squats.
3.5 mile run
And I’m off to that Sunday yoga class now!
