I don’t have much for you guys today. I’ve been enjoying living the housewife life! 😉 Tomorrow is my last day off – it’s been a fun few days but I’m definitely ready to start my new adventure on Thursday.
I slept until 9 a.m. this morning for a whopping total of 10 hours of sleep. It was so very needed and I feel amazing and rested. I lounged around drinking coffee and eating apple cinnamon oats before I headed to Y2 for a Superflow class. I thought yesterday’s hot vinyasa class was intense but superflow took intense to a whole new level today. We went through the sequence three times and it was all I could do to hold it together and make it through the third sequence. There was literally sweat pouring off my body in a stream. Gross but awesome at the same time.
I totaled my water intake for the day and it’s well over 100 ounces. I have been a camel with the hot summer temperatures and all the hot yoga I’ve been doing the last few days.
After yoga I made a salad with leftovers from last night’s dinner.
White bean and charred onion salad with tomatoes over baby spinach. The perfect cool lunch after hot yoga.
I taught BodyPump tonight and had a special guest. My friend Sarah decided to try BodyPump tonight. She’s recently started attending some sculpting classes and of course I’ve encouraged her to come to BodyPump. She totally rocked the class and didn’t even look like a first timer!
After BodyPump I came home to prepare an Indian feast.
Chicken Tikka Masala (will be blogging about soon on Bakin’ and Eggs) over rice with homemade naan. I have been craving Indian for weeks and this totally satisfied my craving. I see leftovers in my future for dinner tomorrow night.
Now I’m icing my sore and bruised shin (from the kayaking flip incident last weekend) and watching The Hills. I’m kind of embarrassed to admit that.
What trashy TV shows do you watch?
