I have two books available for sale online and in many bookstores. My first book, Ultimate Plank Fitness, is all about core training using plank variations and my second book, The Complete Guide to Yoga Inversions, is a guide for advancing your yoga practice through inversions, arm balances and advanced postures. I wrote The Complete Guide to Yoga Inversions to provide students of all levels with a guide for advancing their practice and for teachers to get ideas for different variations of common poses as well as to help with creative class sequencing.
