Her specialty is Hungry Bars which she describes as a cross between an oatmeal cookie and a granola bar. The Hungry Bars come in all kinds of fun flavor combinations like oatmeal raisin cookie, peanut butter cookie, dark chocolate cherry coconut and many more. There is also an option for gluten-free.
I have really enjoyed my sampler of Hungry Bars. I placed them in the freezer so that I can grab one whenever I need a quick snack to go.
Emily also makes delicious blondies and brownies. I especially loved the peanut butter fudge brownie. I would like one of these for dessert every single day, please! 😉
Emily offered to give Peanut Butter Runner readers a 15% discount on variety pack orders. Enter “pbr” for the promotional code at checkout.
I have never attempted to make homemade granola bars but Emily’s Hungry Bars inspired me. They were so much better than pre-packaged bars. Does anyone have a favorite recipe?
